Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the situation.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to be completed after approval.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after the allowed time period
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
